Hi, I’m looking for a hands-on Lindy expert to help me build a real AI executive operator — essentially a “Jarvis” for me and, over time, for my company. The long-term goal is much bigger than email automation. I want one intelligent operating layer that understands what is happening across Gmail, Calendar, documents, CRM/project management, sales and other business systems, keeps track of open commitments and decisions, and actually takes action for me. Typical examples: A contract arrives by email → read it → compare it with previous agreements/documents → identify material risks → recommend sign/revise/reject → ask for my approval → continue the workflow. We decide on a sales or influencer strategy → find the right people → prepare/send outreach → follow up → update the CRM/task system. I ask: “What is the status of Carrefour?” → it should pull together the relevant emails, documents, tasks and previous decisions and give me the current status and next action. Important open loops should be actively monitored and followed up, not just summarized. I want to build this iteratively with someone practical and technically strong. Rather than starting with a large consulting project, I would prefer to begin with one small paid proof of concept — ideally somewhere around €300–€500 for the first pilot, depending on scope. If the first workflow works well, the intention is absolutely to continue building toward a much broader AI operating system for the business.
