The approach would be: extract per object type from S/4HANA (financial documents, procurement, maintenance) via OData or CDS-view exports, transform into both human-readable PDFs and structured CSV/Excel for completeness, then upload to SharePoint with a clean folder structure and an index file so anything can be found later.

One technical thing worth flagging before we go further: SharePoint works well for storing exported documents in a structured way, but it's not built to hold raw transactional data in a queryable form. If you ever need to reconstruct specific transactions later (for example for an audit — "show me all 2023 invoices for supplier X"), that becomes hard with SharePoint alone. If that scenario isn't on the table and the goal is mainly to preserve readable evidence of what's been recorded, SharePoint is fine. If queryability matters, we'd want to consider a lightweight database alongside it. Worth a quick check on your end.

A few things still useful to know:
- Roughly how many years of data and what volume are we talking about?
- Who on your end has S/4HANA access to extract the data, or is there an SAP partner involved on that side?
- Is the 2-week timeline firm, or based on an estimate?
