I’d love to get in touch regarding the project you posted.
At first glance, this is something that requires a bit of a deeper dive to get a clear picture of feasibility and timeline. I’ve put together a list of questions so I can properly get into the case — it’s quite a list, but it’ll help us both! 😊
Technical environment
	•	Which version of Shopware are you using (5 or 6)?
	•	Which version of Ergonode? Cloud or self-hosted?
	•	Is API access to both systems already available?
	•	Roughly how many products/SKUs are involved?
Scope of the integration
	•	Is this a one-time migration or an ongoing synchronisation?
	•	Which data needs to be synced? (basic info, descriptions, images, prices, stock, categories, variants, custom attributes?)
	•	Who is the ‘source of truth’ — is Ergonode always leading?
	•	How often should the sync run? (real-time, hourly, daily?)
Current situation
	•	What exactly is the current plugin no longer doing correctly?
	•	How is the synchronisation handled now — manually, via CSV export?
	•	What is the urgency?
Environment & access
	•	Is a test environment available?
	•	Is Shopware running on your own hosting or a managed environment?
	•	Is there someone internally who can assist with access and deployment?
Project & expectations
	•	Is there a preference for the solution — Shopware plugin, standalone sync service, or doesn’t it matter?
	•	Is there a budget or expected time investment in mind?
	•	Is there any documentation of the current workflow available?
